1. Why do I need to use your service? I can sale my vehicle myself.

We provide our service for people who can't or do not want to sell their vehicle themselves. We work for people, who need our professional or financial assistance.

2. I think I can get higher price if I sell my vehicle "privately". How can you guarantee the selling price I will get at Auto Auction?

Nobody can guarantee exact price at Auto Auction. However, we guarantee that we will sell your car at the highest possible price. We advise you about the highest, lowest and average price for similar models. Please call our CUSTOMER SERVICE today to request a free quotation.

3. How much do you charge for you service?

We charge 5% from ASP (Auction Selling Price), with a minimum charge of $200 and maximum $500. When we provide additional financing to our customers, we charge a $500 flat rate commission for any car. Please call our CUSTOMER SERVICE to learn more about our service.

4. What are your financing terms and conditions? Can I get financing from your company, pay off my loan/lease, and pay you back after selling my car?

We provide short term financing (very few days) - clearly and understandably. No set up fee, no interests rate, no amortization period. In cases like that our fee for the whole deal is - $500 for any private vehicle sold by us. Financial assistance from "Toronto-Omsk Inc" is not available if you decide not to sell your vehicle with us. Call our CUSTOMER SERVICE to find more about financing we are provided.

5. One of my friends told me that he had a "Discount Deal" with you. How does it work and what does it mean?

Yes, your friend was right. Usually, our clients bring their vehicle to our office or we pick it up from client's location. But if our customers can deliver their vehicle to the Auction and get UVIP (Used Vehicle Information Package) from MTO (Ministry Transportation of Ontario), for selling that car we will charge a $200 fee only. We call it "DD" - "Discount Deal". In case of "DD" we will not provide any financial assistance. To get more - information about our "Discount Deal" - call our CUSTOMER SERVICE..
